Special-order policy
Special-order parts are non-refundable and non-cancellable once confirmed with the supplier, unless the supplier accepts cancellation or return. Shipping, customs, bank fees, and handling charges may be non-refundable.
Shipping issues
In case of damage, missing items, or shipping issues, LP MotorLab will open a claim with the supplier or shipping company. Compensation, replacement, or refund depends on the claim outcome and supplier/shipping policy.
